Unboxing the PXN HBS Handbrake

Upon opening the box, you’ll find:

  • PXN HBS Handbrake (Aluminum Alloy Build)
  • User Manual
  • Replaceable Spring & Damping Kit
  • USB-B Cable
  • Toolkit (for installation & adjustments)

Setting Up Your PXN HBS Handbrake

1. Handle Grip Installation

  • Take out the handle grip from the box.
  • Install it onto the HBS Handbrake by rotating and tightening securely.

2. Angle Adjustment (90° or 180°)

  • Use a hexagonal wrench to unscrew the bolt kits on the connecting rod.
  • Rotate the rod to your preferred 90-degree or 180-degree angle.
  • Tighten the screws to secure the new position.

3. Force Adjustment

  • Unscrew the side bolt kits and top cover using an M5 wrench.
  • Replace the spring or damping kit as needed.
  • Reattach the top cover and tighten the screws to complete the adjustment.

4. Stroke Adjustment

  • Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws on the limit plate.
  • Flip the limit plate to adjust the stroke.
  • Secure the screws back in place.
