Our return policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under ACL, consumers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product:

  • Is faulty or defective.
  • Does not match the description or sample shown.
  • Fails to meet the intended purpose as outlined by the seller.

These rights are in addition to any warranty or other return policies we may offer.

 

2. Change of Mind Returns

We offer returns for change of mind on selected items. To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).

Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” or custom-made products are not eligible for change of mind returns.

6. Faulty or Defective Items

If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately. We will request details and images to assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a return at our expense and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
